The Library of Government Home Science College, Chandigarh, hosted a Slogan Writing Competition to celebrate Hindi Diwas. Centered around the theme “पढ़ेगा इंडिया तभी तो बढ़ेगा इंडिया,” the event emphasized the importance of education as the foundation of national progress. Students participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing their creativity and originality through inspiring slogans. To mark India’s Independence Day, the GHSC Library organized a quiz event for the students of Government Home Science College. The activity celebrated the nation’s freedom through knowledge, inspiring students to learn more about India’s history, freedom struggle, and cultural legacy. The quiz aimed to promote awareness, patriotism, and active engagement, bringing students together in a spirit of unity and pride. Principal Prof. Sudha Katyal appreciated the initiative, highlighting how love for the nation and learning come together through such events. She congratulated all participants and encouraged students to continue exploring and sharing knowledge.
